Worklifeapp Zrt. (headquarters: 1026 Budapest, Bem József utca 6., email: hello@worklifeapp.com; represented by Gábor Dobai, CEO, hereinafter referred to as WLC) publishes the following notice (the "Notice") regarding the personal data it manages in order to inform the data subjects, in compliance with the provisions of the 2011 Act CXII on Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information (“Infotv.”).

1. Scope of the Notice – the fact of data collection and the circle of affected parties

The scope of this Notice covers data management activities related to contacts with WLC members during consultations on professional and legal issues, and extends to data subjects ("Users") affected by these data management activities. The Privacy Notice comes into effect upon its publication on the WLC website.

The Notice remains valid and in effect until further notice from Worklifeapp Zrt. Publication date: July 24, 2021.

2. Definitions

Infotv.: The 2011 Act CXII on Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information;
Personal data: Data that can be associated with the individual, especially the individual's name, identification number, and knowledge characterizing one or more physical, physiological, mental, economic, cultural, or social identities, and the conclusions that can be drawn about the individual from the data;
Special data: Personal data on racial origin, nationality, political opinion or party affiliation, religious or other beliefs, membership in an advocacy organization, sexual life, health status, pathological addictions, and criminal personal data;
Consent: The voluntary and determined expression of the individual's will, based on adequate information, by which they give their unmistakable consent to the handling of their personal data – either fully or for specific operations;
Objection: The individual's declaration by which they object to the handling of their personal data and request the termination or deletion of the data handling;
Data controller: The natural or legal person, or organization without legal personality, who or which alone or jointly with others determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data;
Data processing: Execution of technical tasks related to data management operations, regardless of the method and device used for carrying out the operations, as well as the location of application, provided that the tasks are performed on the data;
Data transfer: Making the data accessible to a specified third party;
Public disclosure: Making the data accessible to anyone.
Data deletion: Making data unrecognizable in such a way that their recovery is no longer possible;
Data designation: Providing the data with an identification mark for the purpose of distinguishing it;
Data blocking: Providing the data with an identification mark for the purpose of limiting its further processing permanently or for a specified period of time;
Data destruction: Complete physical destruction of the data carrier containing the data;
Data processing: Performing technical tasks related to data management operations, regardless of the method and tool used to perform the operations, as well as the place of application, provided that the technical task is performed on the data;
Data file: The totality of the data managed in one register;
Third party: A natural or legal person, or an organization without legal personality, who or which is not the same as the data subject, the data manager or the data processor.

3. Data Controller Identity

WLC acts as a data controller within the scope of this Notice. The data controller determines the method and tools of personal data processing it handles and prevents unauthorized access, alteration, and unauthorized disclosure or use of personal data.

4. Purposes of Data Handling

The purpose of collecting and processing personal data is to provide our services available via the WLC website, and, once here, the data management activities carried out on the WLC Facebook and Linkedin pages, including

  • fulfilling requests and inquiries submitted via the WLC website and electronic contact information,
  • contact with the User,
  • information about timely events,
  • registration and application for events,
  • prevention and screening of unsolicited registrations and abuses,
  • handling possible complaints,
  • for the purpose of direct business acquisition (e.g. event advertising) or for the purpose of sending a newsletter based on the User's separate consent,
  • participation in professional and legal consultation.

5. Legal Basis for Data Handling

Within the scope of the Notice and in the absence of a different indication, data management is based on voluntary consent.

The User gives his consent to the management of his personal data (i) in a separate data management consent; (ii) by using the website, or (iii) by voluntarily providing personal data and sending it to WLC. If the User provides the personal data of third parties to WLC, he guarantees that he has obtained the consent of the third party for data management or has other legal basis for the transmission of the data.

The legal basis for processing personal data is the voluntary consent of the concerned User (Article 5 (1) point a) of the Infotv, and Article 6 of EU Regulation 2016/679 ("general data protection regulation") applicable from May 25, 2018 (1) point (a), which consent can be revoked at any time without restriction. If the data subject voluntarily provides his/her personal data to WLC, but later withdraws his/her consent, further processing of the personal data may be necessary (Article 6(5) of Infotv or Article 7(f) of Directive 95/46/EC) , or from May 25, 2018 on the basis of Article 6 (1) point (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation) for the purpose of fulfilling a legal obligation relating to WLC or for the purpose of enforcing the legitimate interest of WLC or a third party, about which WLC provides separate information to the person concerned.

In the absence of a different indication, the User declares his acceptance of the conditions contained in this Information Sheet during registration by means of a separate declaration. If registration is not possible or the User does not register, in cases initiated at the request of the concerned User, such as when applying for an event or other program or when contacting the WLC, the WLC assumes the User's consent to the processing of the personal data provided (Article 6 (6) of the Infotv. Based on). WLC's events are open to the public in the absence of an express indication to the contrary, therefore WLC considers the data subject's consent also given with regard to the data subject's personal data communicated by the data subject or handed over for disclosure during public appearances (Article 6 (7) of the Infotv), for which data processing is also covered by this Information conditions apply.

If a User participates in a professional consultation related to legislation or an official announcement within the framework of the work of the WLC, then the WLC, in the absence of an express provision to the contrary by the person concerned - the Infotv. Pursuant to Section 6 (7), the voluntary consent to the forwarding of your name and contact information to the body conducting the professional consultation, as well as to the disclosure of the data related to the consultation, is also considered to have been given.

In the case of newsletters and messages classified as direct business acquisition, such as electronic mail or other equivalent personal communication tools, the legal basis for the processing of personal data is the User's voluntary consent given in a separate statement pursuant to Act XLVIII of 2008. based on Section 6 (1)-(2) of the Act.

the case or complaint indicated in the letter of the person concerned, as well as what he is requesting from WLC.

Availability of the User's Facebook account:

serves to identify and contact the person concerned.

Contact information for the User's Linkedin account:

serves to identify and contact the person concerned.

The IP address of the User's computer, the operating system, the type of browser and the address of the page visited.

it serves to identify the data subject, analyze user habits, prepare attendance statistics, prevent and filter unsolicited registrations and abuses. More information on the management of the IP address is contained in point 11 of the Information.

WLC does not collect special data, so please do not send special data to WLC.

7. Data Processing

Among the personal data of the User affected by data management, the data necessary for the purpose of data management is processed with the involvement of a data processor (hereinafter: "Data Processor"). The Data Processor is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the website under the worklifeapp.com domain, as well as the electronic storage (hosting) of personal data:

8. Duration of Data Handling

WLC processes personal data during the legal relationship with the User, or after the termination of the legal relationship, if permitted by law.

By canceling the User's registration, the processed personal data will be deleted within 30 days at the latest, unless (i) the User withdraws their consent to data processing at an earlier date, or (i) if data processing is required by law or (iii) permitted by law data preservation, for example, in order to preserve accounting documents created early in the data management. All documents that document the occurrence of an economic event are considered accounting documents, and WLC stores them for the retention period specified in the applicable tax and accounting rules. In this regard, the necessary amount of purpose-bound data management will be kept for 8 years, pursuant to Section 169 (2) of Act C of 2000 on accounting. In particular, documents of contracts, invoices, receipts, inspections and tests are considered such documents. Personal data may be processed until the civil law statute of limitations expires if WLC has a legal claim against the User or if the User asserts a legal claim against WLC.

9. Data Security Provisions

WLC takes all necessary measures to protect the personal data it manages from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, deletion, damage, or destruction.

When registering with a Facebook/LinkedIN account, the Webplayer/Website has access to the following data: the User's public data, e-mail address.

During the visit and/or registration of the Website, the WLC (or its technical server) records the IP address of the users, from which in certain cases it is possible to infer the person concerned, in addition, it records the operating system, the type of browser and the address of the page visited. Data backup has primarily a technical purpose, it is essential for the continuous operation of the system. Another purpose of data recording is to analyze user habits and create visitor statistics, which helps to provide an even higher level of service.

10. Cookies

WLC's website uses a small data package, the so-called uses cookies.

During the operation of the WLC website, the system uses the cookies listed in the Cookie Information, which are used in the manner indicated there and store the information for the duration.

11. Data management related to Users' IP address

During the visit and/or registration of the Website, WLC (or its technical server Google Analytics) records the IP address of the users, from which in certain cases it is possible to infer the person concerned, in addition, it records the operating system, the type of browser and the address of the page visited. Data backup has primarily a technical purpose, it is essential for the continuous operation of the system. Another purpose of data recording is to analyze user habits and create visitor statistics, which helps to provide an even higher level of service.

The independent measurement of website traffic and other web analytics data is supported by Google Analytics as an external service provider. Google Analytics does not record any IP data that could be used to identify the Data Subject beyond any doubt.

12. Data Security Regulations

WLC takes all necessary measures to protect the personal data it manages against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, deletion, damage, and destruction.

WLC, as a data controller, and the data processor it uses, treat the personal data indicated in point 6 confidentially. As a necessary measure, all security, technical and organizational measures are taken to guarantee data security, in particular:

    • the WLC and the Data Processor store personal data in electronic form. The managed Personal Data can only be accessed by the employees of the Data Manager and the Data Processor participating in the performance of services related to the managed Personal Data;
    • in order to ensure the security of Personal Data, the Data Manager and the Data Processor apply encryption and other physical and logical protection measures and do everything that can be expected in the given situation to ensure that unauthorized persons do not gain access to the processed personal data.

13. Users' Rights And Their Enforcement

The User may at any time request information about the handling of her Personal Data and may request the correction or modification of her personal data at any time in a letter addressed to the Data Controller or electronically via the following contact details of the data controller:

At any time, the User has the right to refuse the provision of his personal data without reason, and to withdraw his declarations of consent made during registration unconditionally and free of charge. The User can unsubscribe and revoke their consent at the following address: hello@worklifeapp.com. WLC may request that the User identify himself and provide personal data for this purpose.

The WLC deletes the managed data or has it deleted by the Data Processor if

    • handling is illegal;
    • is incomplete or incorrect - and this condition cannot be legally corrected;
    • the purpose of data management has ceased;
    • it was ordered by the court or the National Data Protection and Freedom of Information Authority; obsession
    • requested by the User (this does not include mandatory data processing prescribed by law).

The User may at any time request information regarding the management of his personal data, and may also request the correction, blocking or deletion of his personal data at any time. In the case of a request for information, WLC will provide information in writing as soon as possible, but no later than 25 days after the submission of the request.

If the personal data does not correspond to the reality, and the personal data corresponding to the reality is available to you, the personal data will be corrected. Personal data will be blocked instead of deleted if the User requests this, or if it can be assumed based on the available information that the deletion would harm the User's legitimate interests. The personal data locked in this way will only be processed as long as the data management purpose that precluded the deletion of the personal data exists. The processed personal data will be flagged if the User disputes its correctness or accuracy, but the incorrectness or inaccuracy of the disputed personal data cannot be clearly established. If the request for correction, blocking or deletion is not fulfilled, within 25 days of receiving the request, WLC will provide the factual and legal reasons for rejecting the request for correction, blocking or deletion in writing.

In the event of a suspected violation of the User's rights, a procedural investigation can be initiated before the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (address: 1125 Budapest, Szilágyi Erzsébet fasor 22/C, phone: +36-1-391-1400, fax: +36-1-391-1410, email: ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu) under Section 52(1) of the Infotv., or according to Section 22 of the Infotv., the User can turn to the court. The trial falls within the jurisdiction of the court. The lawsuit – at the User's choice – can also be initiated before the court of the User's place of residence (the list and contact details of the courts can be viewed through the following link: http://birosag.hu/torvenyszekek).
